Register to Cyberport Career Fair 2022 with a valid email address and be automatically enrolled to the Reward Programme.

• Hong Kong Cyberport Management Company Limited. (hereinafter referred to as “Cyberport”) is the organiser of the Cyberport Career Fair 2022 (hereinafter referred to as “Career Fair 2022”) and the Cyberport Career Fair 2022 Rewards Programme (hereinafter referred to as the “Rewards”).
• Upon successful registration to Career Fair 2022, participants will automatically be enrolled to the Rewards Programme. By taking part in the event, participants agree that they have read and agree to all the terms and conditions and privacy policy statement for this event.
• The Rewards Programme runs from 4 June 2022 09:30 am to 6 June 23:59 (HKT) (hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion Period”).
• During the Promotion Period, participants can earn points by successfully completing designated missions on the event’s virtual platform. The top 200 participants scoring the highest number of points accumulated are entitled to win a prize.
• Any participants found to have used improper means to acquire points (such as altering computer software) will be disqualified by Cyberport for the entire Promotion Period
• The top 200 winners will be announced in 10 working days. Points can be accumulated within the Promotion Period. Cyberport reserves the absolute right to decide the winners according to the points they have earned.
• A confirmation email with prize redemption arrangements will be sent to the registered email address of the winners within five working days after the result announcement.
• Winners must reply within seven working days upon issuance of the confirmation email to confirm their identity for prize redemption by providing the following personal information: i) full English name; ii) mobile number. Winners who fail to submit all the aforementioned information within the specified timeline, or submit incorrect or unverifiable information, will be disqualified. In this case, Cyberport reserves the right to re-distribute the gifts to other participants without prior notice.
• The redemption will be forfeited if: i) the personal information provided by the winners is incomplete and/or incorrect or due to any reason not caused by our company, ii) winner is unreachable or fails to verify his / her identity, iii) the winner fails to receive the prize redemption notification or redeem the prize. Cyberport shall not take any responsibility or make any form of compensation.
• The images of the prizes are for reference only. Once the redemption is confirmed, the prize cannot be changed or returned, reimbursed with cash or exchange for other services or products. Prizes will not be reissued under any circumstances, including loss, expiration or damage.
• The prizes and their values are provided by third-party suppliers, and conditions are subject to change without notice. Cyberport is not a supplier and will not make any representations or guarantee about the quality of the prizes and will not assume any responsibility for any aspect of the prizes. If there is any dispute or complaint, participants need to contact the supplier of the prize directly.
• The registration information and time of this event will be based on the data collected by the organiser’s server. The organiser is not responsible for any delay, loss, error, or unrecognisable information submitted by participants due to technical problems arising from such as computers, communication tools, networks, or any other problems beyond the reasonable control of the organiser.
• In case of any disputes, Career Fair 2022 and Cyberport reserve the right to make the final decision, including the suspension, modification or termination of this event, related prizes, the terms and conditions, and prize redemption at any time and without prior notice.
• The personal information registered by the participant at Career Fair 2022 confirmed that they have read, understood and accepted the Privacy Policy Statement (see: http://www.cyberport.hk/privacy_policy ), and have agreed that Cyberport uses their personal data in accordance with the means and purposes stated in the Personal Data Collection Statement. Participants’ personal data will only be used for notification if they win a prize and verification of their identity during prize redemption. For this event, Cyberport has the right to request that winners provide identification or other personal information to verify their eligibility to redeem prizes and/or for internal administrative and review purposes. Cyberport will not use this information for direct marketing in the future. Except for specified use of data, Cyberport will keep the above information confidential.
• Cyberport employees and their family members are not eligible to participate in this event.
• The terms and conditions of this event are subject to change without notice. In case of any disputes, Cyberport reserves the right of final decision.
